6. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging is included
• Proof of purchase accompanies the return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Men’s Snake Proof Boots
• Women’s Steel Toe Work Boots
• Steer Horns
• Clearance items marked “final sale”

Return Process

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing [email protected]
2. Package items securely with original packaging and order copy
3. Ship to: Western Desert Shop Returns Department, 2337 Rowes Lane, Paducah, US 42001

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
