Shipping Information

Order Processing: We’ll saddle up and process your order within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – delivered in 10-15 days after shipping
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS – delivered in 15-25 days after shipping

Note: We currently don’t ship to some Asian countries and remote areas – if your location isn’t available at checkout, give us a holler at [email protected].

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be as satisfied with your Western gear as a cowboy is with his trusty steed. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right:

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase must accompany return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Men’s Snake Proof Boots
  • Women’s Steel Toe Work Boots
  • Steer Horns
  • Any clearance items marked “final sale”

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Request Authorization

Before sending anything back, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Number]”
  2. Include this information in your email:
    • Item(s) to return (name, size, color)
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
    • Your contact information
  3. We’ll respond within 2 business days with your RMA number and instructions

Step 2: Package Your Return

  1. Securely package items in original packaging
  2. Include a copy of your order confirmation
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Timing: Processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Method: Refunded to original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as we process the return. You’ll receive tracking information via email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or the wrong product:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
