Are your products authentic Western gear?
You bet your boots they are! We only stock genuine Western wear that would make any cowboy or cowgirl proud. From our Stetson jeans to our authentic cowboy hats, every item tells a story of the West.
Do you offer products for women and children?
Absolutely! We’ve got a whole section dedicated to Women’s gear including steel toe work boots, and we offer Kids’ Cowboy Hats to get the little buckaroos started early.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to all you cowboys and cowgirls (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Whether you’re in the heart of Texas or the Australian outback, we’ll get your Western gear to you.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping options:
  • Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, faster than a rattlesnake strike!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information faster than you can say “yeehaw!” You’ll be able to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse in Paducah, Kentucky all the way to your front porch.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right with your order (though we work hard to make sure it is), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to send it back to us. We want you to be as satisfied with your purchase as a cowboy is with his favorite hat.
